WORK-LIFE
As climate change, cultural shifts, economic transformations, and politics play themselves out on local and world stages, landscape and urbanism have become centerpoints for public action around these issues. The public realm in general has demonstrated a capacity to take on these issues by incorporating mitigation and adaptation strategies into its physical form, and for providing a forum for civic discourse and for everyday life.
This lecture, featuring the work of Stoss Landscape Urbanism, will elaborate strategies for multifunctional landscape and urban strategies that can both take on these issues and establish new starting points for public life.
